Room booked through online site but when we arrived at the hotel then room looks bit different like they have not used since month. Mattress was bit dirty and bed sheet was not so clean. curtain looks dirty too. After consultation with Manager we have changed our room and I think rooms available through offline mode is somewhat better than through online.

My wife and I had to visit Nagpur, after a lot deliberations we chose Parashar because it was economical. We certainly were not disappointed with our choice. The location of the hotel was almost in a gully - but once you check in one felt the difference. The [place was clean, the front office was receptive and the hotel was clean - and the service was good.

Starting review with my mistakes 1. I didnt look for ratings on tripadvisor before booking 2. Checked-in at 11 pm, tired n little calm personality, so didnt resist at that time So the scenario is We booked thru oyo and checkedin at 11pm. We were given 303 room though it was shown 305 on oyo app(fraud- oyo might have not approved 303). Reason told that there is problem of booking in 305. Room was too congested, in fact, we were not able to walk in the room together(photos attached). Bedsheet cleanliness was a big issue- dirty, stained. Dont expect any hospitality like complementary water bottle, dental kit, etc which other hotels provide in this range. Also, dont expect any polite behaviour from staff, as they wont even accept their mistakes. As i said before, i m kind of calm non-complaining person, but such incidents and fraud people make person like me to write a review so that, other people like me qont suffer. Note: attaching pics taken in the morning, bedsheet, though dirty, was well arranged at night.

Stayed in the hotel for few hours while in transit to Bangalore. Very good budget hotel with decent facilities. Breakfast was also provided it was good but very limited options. Good thing about this hotel is it's walkable distance from railway station. They also provided free can to air port

Pathetic Hotel... Not at all recommend for Family even not for singles. They don't give the rooms as per the Photos they post on Travel sites coz they just have 2-3 good rooms like that rest all rooms are like C Grade where even AC is not working. Even the food is very tasteless and bit expensive. And in the name of complementary breakfast they only serve POHA. We booked 2 rooms for families after seeing the good reviews and photos in few travel sites but after checking In at 9 PM we got surprised as they have not given us those rooms which we booked after seeing the photo. When asked the same they simply lied and said that don't have any rooms available so we didn't had any alternate option so late but to stay with that only. Entire night on both the rooms AC was not working and mind you this is the month of April. In the morning when we all complaint about the same then after so much argument they agreed to give only 1 room which was as per the Photos and Conditions we saw on the site. We felt very much cheated while staying with this Hotel. So I strongly recommend you to stay here at your own risk.
